Disney To Scale Back Streaming Content

Disney is going to scale back its streaming content in a move to cut costs. Marvel Studios reportedly will see the first and possibly biggest cuts. Entertainment Weekly reports Marvel plans to release fewer shows on Disney-Plus and space them out more. Disney-owned Marvel released three movies and three TV series in 2022 after putting out four movies and five series in 2021. Company insiders say Season 2 of "Loki" and the new "Secret Invasion" starring Samuel L. Jackson are the only "sure bets" to arrive this year.
