Michael Brantley singled in the go-ahead run in the top of the ninth inning as the Astros hung on to beat the Diamondbacks 2-1 in Phoenix. Jose Siri homered in the fifth to break a scoreless tie as Houston improved to 4-and-1 on the season. Hector Neris picked up the win and Ryan Pressly closed it out for already his third save of the year. Christian Walker went deep in the sixth for the Snakes, who fell to 1-and-4. Mark Melancon took the loss.
