Second-Period Outburst Leads Stars Past Wild

The Dallas Stars scored four straight goals in a 6-3 win over the Minnesota Wild at the Xcel Energy Center. Three of those goals came in the second period to give the Stars a 4-1 lead. Kirill Kaprizov made it a one-goal game with two goals late in the third period, but Jame Benn and Jason Robertson scored for Dallas to secure the win. Robertson had a hat trick in the victory, while Joe Pavelski and Riley Tufte also scored. The Stars have won their last four games. Nico Sturm scored Minnesota's only other goal. The Wild have dropped six of seven.
