The Rangers overcame a five-run deficit as they battled back to defeat the Angels 7-6 in Arlington. DJ Peters launched a three-run homer in the third, while Adolis Garcia mashed a mashed a two-run shot in the fifth. With 31 blasts, Garcia set the Rangers rookie record for homers in a season. Spencer Patton picked up his second win in relief, while Joe Barlow locked down his 11th save of the year. Texas has won three of its last four. They start a home series with the Indians tonight.
