Navy Training Jet Crashes In Lake Worth, Texas

Law enforcement officials in Lake Worth, Texas say a small military training jet crashed at midday today injuring the two pilots on the plane who had ejected just before it crashed.  One pilot was ejected into nearby power lines, causing a power disruption in the area. Crews are working to clear the wreckage and repair the damage. Both pilots were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Officials say three homes were damaged the crash. No residents were injured. The crash happened about two miles northeast of Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth.

Red Cross is on the scene to assist those affected. Officials say they're not sure what caused the plane to crash at this time.
