John Wall's days as a Houston Rocket appear to be dwindling. ESPN reports Houston and the veteran point guard have mutually agreed to work towards find a trade destination for the 31-year-old. Wall isn't expected to play for the Rockets again as the team plans to start rookie Jalen Green alongside Kevin Porter Jr. in the backcourt. Both sides decided a bench role wouldn't benefit Wall or Houston next season. The five-time NBA All-Star is set to make 91.7-million dollars over the next two seasons, making a trade quite a difficult ordeal. The Rockets won't consider a contract buyout until after next summer's free agency.
