Four schools are taking the next step to join the Big 12 Conference. Cincinnati, Houston, the University of Central Florida, and BYU reportedly submitted applications yesterday. Big 12 presidents are expected to approve them all tomorrow, meaning the schools could become members as soon as 2023. This is the latest move in the shift of the college football landscape after Texas and Oklahoma decided to jump to the SEC back in July.
