Human smugglers are issuing wristbands to immigrants. Yesterday, Border Report said customs officials say the smugglers organize the immigrants into groups such as by age or if they are alone or accompanied by family members, and mark them with different colored wristbands. As long as an immigrant has the wristband, the smugglers will try getting the person across the Rio Grande. A wristband costs from five to eight-thousand dollars.
