Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick is promising the state will do all it can to keep future power outages from happening. Patrick told reporters today at Dallas Love Field he plans to issue subpoenas to energy stakeholders on last week's outages. He says Electric Reliability Council of Texas leaders promised they were ready for the winter storms. Patrick vowed to leave no stone unturned in seeking a solution.
