Jose Urquidy allowed one run and three hits, while striking out seven over seven innings in the Astros' 4-1 triumph over the Rangers in Houston. George Springer and Martin Maldonado hit solo shots for Houston, while Alex Bregman added a two-run single.
Ronald Guzman drove in Texas' run in the fifth to tie the score. The Astros evened their record at 24-and-24, while the Rangers are last in the AL West at 17-and-31. The series continues tonight at Minute Maid Park.
