Work is moving forward on a new student housing complex near Texas State University. Once completed, the Concho Commons will have 13-stories to provide housing for more than 750-students as well as 18-thousand square feet of retail space. The building is going up on Concho Street in San Marcos. Students can expect to move in starting this fall semester.
