A weather system in the Gulf of Mexico is now Tropical Storm Olga. The National Hurricane Center says the system is heading towards Louisiana with maximum sustained winds of 40 miles per hour. Officials note Olga is expected to merge with a cold front and become a post-tropical low with gale-force winds later today. Tornadoes are also possible tonight in portions of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.
