Fort Worth Working On Police Oversight Measures

Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price is highlighting the city's plans for police oversight after the latest fatal officer-involved shooting. Price said yesterday an independent, third-party panel of national experts will be assembled no later than November 19th to review the Fort Worth Police Department's policies and procedures. Price added that interviews will start soon for an independent monitor to provide guidance in the forming of a police department civilian oversight committee.
