Four federal prison inmates who broke out to go on a booze run are locked up again. Texas officials say the men escaped from the Federal Prison Camp in Beaumont, Texas on Saturday. They weren't free very long as U.S. Marshals arrested them that same night. Marshals say the men had bottles of whiskey and cell phones when they were captured near the prison about an hour east of Houston. The camp is a minimum security prison.
