Hurricane Dorian is on a seriously slow approach to the mainland. The Category 3 storm has been parked over the Bahamas since Sunday and is still only moving at one mile per hour. Officials aren't taking any chances though, with Dorian packing 120 mile per hour maximum sustained winds. Evacuation orders are out for around one million people in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. More than 12-hundred flights are cancelled today because of Dorian, which is forecast to skirt the Florida coast while heading north toward Georgia and the Carolinas.
