McAllen Border Patrol officials say not only are immigrants getting sick with flu like symptoms, border agents are too. The main processing center in McAllen, the largest of its kind in the country, is not receiving any new immigrants for the moment due to an outbreak of a flu like illness. In a statement this week, National Border Patrol Council vice president Chris Cabrera says the majority of agents working at the site are or have been sick already. Cabrera says some days as many as 20 agents call out sick.
