A fire heavily damaged part of the Oasis at Oakwell Apartments on the cityâs Northeast Side on Friday afternoon.
The 3-alarm blaze heavily damaged 12 units of the complex near Harry Wurzbach and Ira Lee.
No one was injured, but four dogs died in the blaze.
Firefighters say the blaze does not appear to be suspicious, but no immediate cause was determined.
