The last of the five victims of that massive fire that destroyed the Iconic Village Apartments has been identified as Belinda Moats, 21, of the south Texas town of Big Wells, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
The positive identification was made using DNA.
She had been listed as missing in the huge fire that destroyed a building in the complex.
Another victim had previously been identified as Dru Estes, 20, a graduate of San Antonio Roosevelt High School.
Officials say they have determined where the fire started, but not how it started.
