A driver was killed late Wednesday in a one vehicle accident in southeast Bexar County, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Sheriff's deputies say a man in his twenties ran through a stop sign on Highway 87 southeast of I-37, and slammed through the front wall of a building that houses a welding business.
Deputies say EMS was called, but the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Testing is being done to determine if alcohol was involved. The building was empty at the time and nobody else was hurt.
