Pew Research Center Defines Cutoff Point For Millennial Generation

Pew Research Center is establishing a cutoff point between Millennials and the next generation.  The center says anyone born between 1981 and 1996 or is 22 to 37-years-old is considered a Millennial.  Generation cutoff points aren't an exact science, the center says.  The 16-year time span between 1981 and 1996 for the Millennial generation is similar to that of Generation Xers, who were born between 1965 and 1980.  The span of both of these generations are shorter than the 19-year span of Baby Boomers.
