A 25 year old man was rushed to the hospital in extremely critical condition after he was shot at a party in a northeast side apartment early today, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say about 3AM an argument broke out at the Spanish Oaks Apartments, which near Loop 410 and Harry Wurzbach on the northeast side.
Police say one of the other people at the party went into another room, grabbed a gun, and started firing off rounds.
Three bullets hit the 25 year old victim, one in the arm, one in the hand, and one in the head.
He was rushed to SAMMC where he was pronounced dead, and everybody else in the apartment was taken downtown to the police station for questioning.
