SAPD Declines to Get Involved in 'Lover's Triangle'

San Antonio Police were called overnight to deal with a bizarre lovers triangle, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

A 28 year old woman knocked on the door of a home on Grand Meadow, which is near O'Connor on the northeast side, in the words of the police report 'wanting to sleep with the male resident of the home.'

But, alas, she found the man with another women.

Police say she isn't one to take no for an answer, so she began furiously pounding on the doors, threatening to 'break in an assault the female or damage her car.

'That made the situation very un-romantic for the first woman, who ran out of the house, only to find herself being chased down by the second woman, who was armed with a large rock.

When the man got into his pickup, the second woman then jumped onto the vehicle and then fell off.

She told arriving officers that the man had attempted to run her over, and later told witnesses who had gathered that the man had shot at her.  Police say they decided to wash their hands of the whole thing and didn't charge anybody.

Nobody was hurt...physically, at least.
