Widespread power outages from Hurricane Harvey

Almost 200-thousand buildings are believed to be without power in the Texas Gulf Coast due to Hurricane Harvey.  AEP Texas reports over 187-thousand customers can't turn on the lights after the hurricane made landfall between Corpus Christi and Victoria late last night. There are also almost 27-thousand CenterPoint Energy outages being reported near Houston.
