A&M's Myles Garrett selected 1st in the NFL Draft

The 2017 NFL  Draft kicked off with the Browns selecting Texas A&M edge rusher  Myles Garrett with the top-overall pick in Philadelphia.  The  21-year-old played for the Aggies for three seasons.  He had 31 sacks  and 47 tackles for a loss during his career.  Garrett was a first-team  All-American for his sophomore and junior seasons.  He will join  linebacker Jaime Collins and cornerback Joe Haden as the centerpieces of  Cleveland's defense.  The Browns also have the 12th-pick in the first  round.
