President Trump taking to the road on Friday afternoon, as he spoke at a Turning Point USA event in Phoenix, Arizona, touting the economy, peace talks with Iran, and blasting NATO along the way.
The President touched on all things related to the economy, illegal immigration, crime statistics, and UFO's, among many things. But first and foremost, Trump paid homage to the late Charlie Kirk.
The President was joined by Krik's wife, Erika.
One of the bigger issues on Trump's plate lately has been the war with Iran, which is now nearing the two-month mark. The President on Friday told reporters peace talks will be ongoing through the weekend, as Iran officially opened the Strait of Hormuz today. Trump did not divulge too much though, saying things are "going well."
Iran opened the Strait of Hormuz today, but President Trump added the naval blockade will remain there until a deal is 100-percent finished.
Trump also blasted NATO for their lack of cooperation in the Strait of Hormuz, saying they then called offering assistance only once the announcement was made.
While speaking, President Trump touted the One, Big Beautiful Bill and the resulting tax cuts, just days after taxes were due. He also celebrated dropping crime and the complete block of illegal immigration into the country.
But it would not be a Trump speech without some kind of mic drop or bombshell, and Trump dropped that when discussing UFO's.
Trump was joined by several Arizona Republican lawmakers at the event.
