Unless you lived under a rock in the four years after the COVID-19 pandemic, you know that immigration ran out of control in America. The Biden Administration opened the floodgates for anyone and everyone to come into the country, whether they had a legitimate reason or not. Most claimed "asylum" from problems in their country. Funny, considering those same people then come to America and talk about how great their home country is in relation.
Democrats and the Biden administration for years lied about the number of people flooding into the country and we have paid the price for it with crime, terror cells and job losses to people on H1B visas. Now we are finally getting more looks into just how bad it was, and the numbers are concerning. The numbers are not coming from some Conservative group, either. It is coming from pro-immigration groups.
A pro-migrant group recently released a survey that found just one-in-27 immigrants claimed to meet the core requirement for asylum in the United States. To make it worse, 54-percent said they were motivated by economic or employment opportunities in America. They see the country as a piggy bank they can raid at the expense of Americans. They are not coming to escape persecution. They are coming to rob us.
Bob Price of Breitbart says this is not surprising at all, and in reality, this number is probably much worse.
"From talking to people in Border Patrol and ICE, it is probably more in the 80 to 90-percent range," he says.
It is very likely closer to 90-percent. Everyone has seen videos of border crossers from 2021 to 2023. The vast majority of them were all single, military aged males. Again, they are not coming to flee some terrible situation. Most of them come here and talk about how great their home country is compared to the United States.
Especially as tensions flare with the insane Islamists that support the terrorist regime in Iran, it is scary to think about what kind of people reside now in the U.S. We truly have no idea who any of them are, as most were not vetted. Worse yet, we do not know the true number that came into the country.
"God only knows how many terrorists got into the country that were in the got away classification," says Price. "We are still cleaning the debris the Biden administration left behind...and this is no time to not have our DHS employees working full-time."
The DHS shutdown only makes things scarier, as people are left unable to do their jobs to the extent necessary.
But again, what is crazy about this survey is this is a pro-immigration group announcing these numbers. They are openly saying over half of the immigrants were not actual asylum seekers. Which means the true number is very likely more in that aforementioned 90-percent range.
"For them to be admitting in such large numbers how much of a phony migrant crisis this was...I think the numbers are astoundingly higher," Price says.
While President Trump is doing his part to fix the disaster Biden left behind, he can only do so much. It will be a slow process to weed all of these fake asylum seekers out, but when we do, it will be for the absolute better.
