Two people, an adult and a child, are confirmed dead following a spectacular house fire overnight in Von Ormy, in southwest Bexar County, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Three other people were injured.
A total of six people were in the house at the time.
When County fire units arrived on the scene, they found the home completely engulfed in flames. Four people were running out of the house, three had to be treated for minor injuries.
They said two people were inside the burning home, and the Medical Examiner says they were found dead. So far, no identities have been released.
The Bexar County Fire Marshal is on the scene, but there is no report of a cause. The house was a total loss.
County spokeswoman Monica Ramos puts the total loss at $85,000.
