Jeff Clark Exposes Kamala’s Soft Stance on Crime

On The Joe Pags Show, Jeff Clark—former Assistant Attorney General under President Trump—took the gloves off and exposed Kamala Harris' not-so-tough record on crime. Harris has long touted her prosecutorial chops, but Clark revealed a side of her career the mainstream media rarely touches.

After kicking things off with a bit of humor about his unique role at the DOJ, Clark zeroed in on Harris’ track record. “Every time I try to probe into her background, I can’t find any hard evidence,” Clark said, cutting straight to the chase. Harris has claimed to be tough on transnational gangs, but Clark wasn’t buying it. “She loves this phrase of ‘I prosecuted transnational gangs,’” Clark remarked, yet evidence of her direct involvement is elusive.

Clark pulled no punches as he dove into a 2008 case involving an illegal immigrant employed as a party bus driver. After committing a horrific crime, the man received what Clark described as a shockingly lenient sentence. “Rape used to be a capital offense in the United States ... and he gets three years in a plea deal,” he emphasized, pointing to Harris’ role as District Attorney at the time.

As Clark laid out the details, he didn’t mince words. Despite Harris' claims, the real prosecutorial work was being done by someone else, while she simply oversaw the office. “Kamala Harris is the District Attorney at the time, [but] she doesn’t personally prosecute this case,” he explained, raising serious doubts about the strength of her “tough on crime” persona.

But what really raised eyebrows was Harris' lack of response to Clark’s public requests for evidence of her courtroom prowess. “I’ve tagged her multiple times and I’ve called for, ‘Show me your trial transcripts where you were first-chair trial lawyer,’ and it’s been crickets,” Clark added, exposing just how much Harris has avoided scrutiny.

As the conversation continued, Clark questioned Harris' rise through the political ranks, challenging the narrative that has painted her as a hard-nosed prosecutor. Instead, Clark’s investigation has left many wondering just how much of that tough-on-crime image holds up under closer examination.
