The Senate Minority leader says Republicans may not regain control of the Senate following November's midterm elections.
Speaking in Florence, Kentucky, Mitch McConnell said there's a greater likelihood Republicans take control of the House.
McConnell noted Senate races are different, saying they're statewide and "candidate quality has a lot to do with the outcome."
He predicted the Senate will continue to be tightly divided, regardless of which party ends up with control.
