A key Democratic senator is urging his colleagues to vote on the bipartisan infrastructure bill.

West Virginia's Joe Manchin told reporters President Biden has done everything he can and is owed a vote.

A dispute between Democratic moderates and progressives over the infrastructure measure and a more partisan social spending bill have led to both being stuck on Capitol Hill.

Manchin also called for a 15% "patriotic tax" to be paid by those who have done well for themselves.
