A Black juror in the Derek Chauvin murder trial is defending himself after he was seen online wearing a Black Lives Matter T-shirt.
Brandon Mitchell was one of 12 jurors who convicted the white former police officer of the murder of George Floyd last summer in Minneapolis.
A photo of Mitchell recently surfaced on social media that shows him wearing a T-shirt with the letters "BLM" during a civil rights march.
Mitchell says he has no recollection of the shirt and that the march was not about George Floyd, but about Martin Luther King.
Some online feel the photo could be grounds for an appeal in the Chauvin case.
