House Republican leaders aren't pleased with the nearly two trillion dollar stimulus bill.
Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy told reporters the measure is "too costly, too corrupt and too liberal."
Minority Whip Steve Scalise called it a liberal wish list. He argued it doesn't do enough to get more people vaccinated or fully re-open schools.
Scalise said the bill is full of things that don't have anything to do with the coronavirus outbreak.
The House is expected to approve the measure late this week and then send it to the Senate.
