House Speaker Nancy Pelosi claims people are dying because the Trump administration has contempt for science.
Pelosi slammed President Trump for abruptly halting negotiations on a comprehensive new stimulus package this week.
Trump has since called for a more targeted, piecemeal approach to stimulus spending.
Pelosi noted the ongoing toll of the coronavirus and said the people around the President are "enabling death." She stressed that millions of families are struggling with the economic impacts of the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
