Israeli Soccer Team Renames itself After President Trump

Jerusalem's largest soccer team is "honoring" President Trump for his decision to move the US Embassy to the Israeli city.

Beitar Jerusalem will now be known as Beitar Trump Jerusalem according to a post on the team's official Facebook page.

The Sunday posting, which thanks Trump for his "courage, and true love of the Israeli people," says the team is "happy to honor the President for his love and support with a gesture of our own."

The new US Embassy in Jerusalem opens Monday (today).

Is this a move that could continue to inflame people and damage peace talks?
