FOX Sports and now ESPN have just ratcheted up the national anthem protests drama.
FOX announced Sunday it will no longer air the performance of the national anthem before games, effective immediately. ESPN then issued a similar announcement claiming it will not show the anthem during tonight's Monday Night Football telecasts
Fox said "our cameras are always rolling and we will document the response of players and coaches on the field."
Will this move by FOX and ESPN come back to hurt both in the long run? Will fans turn off games as a result?
