According to the Washington Examiner, Michael Bloomberg has pledged to donate $15 million to the U.N.’s climate secretariat in an effort to close the hole after President Trump’s decision to withdraw from the Paris climate accord. The Former New York Mayor’s decision is part of a broader movement to reduce greenhouse gas emissions without any help from the United States government.
