San Antonio City Council has passed the censure resolution of Mayor Gin Ortiz Jones in an 8-1-1 vote. Councilwoman Misty Spears was the only no vote. Jones Recused.
The censure is the result of an argument Jones reportedly had with councilwoman Kaur, which led to Jones raising her voice, and swearing at Kaur.
Earlier in the week, Jones held a press conference where she publicly apologized for her actions.
