Some San Antonio City Council members say they're alarmed at the behavior of Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones and have filed a memorandum asking for a special council meeting to consider their concerns.
The five councilmembers said in the memo that their concerns center around the mayor's interactions with council, calling it unprofessional.
The requests for meeting and discussion raise the possibility of city council censuring Mayor Jones
The memorandum was signed by Councilmembers Phyllis Viagran of District 3, Teri Castillo of District 5, Marina Alderete Gavito of District 7, Ivalis Meza Gonzalez of District 8, and Misty Spears of District 9.
Council is scheduled to meet in regular session Monday night
