How Can Trump Counter The Left's Narrative On The Economy?

Despite what you hear from Democrats and their partners in the mainstream media, President Trump's economic wins are real. Now, he just needs to convince the country.

"Trump's got a good story to tell" said Liz Peek, a Fox News columnist and contributor, "So much of the media is critical, is opposing him, and paints everything in a really dark light."

That's because the left knows that despite all of their theatrics against ICE and Immigration, the economy will once again be the number one issue of the November midterms.

"The numbers speak for themselves" Peek told KTRH, "We are outperforming almost every other developed country in the world. That's quite an achievement, and he should really kind of stick to the facts."

And the White House also needs to get those facts out there, so that the American people know about them.

"The economy is growing rapidly" noted Peek, "We've had plus 4% or more, the last quarter was really a barn burner. Inflation has come down, and productivity is up, and investment is up."

Now it's up to Trump to turn the narrative around.
