Trump Has Accomplished Something Else The Left Won't Give Him Credit For

Not only is the border now completely secure with President Trump back in office, drug overdose deaths have also plummeted. But don't expect the left to acknowledge it.

"We saw the numbers plummet" said Simon Hankinson, senior research fellow with the Heritage Foundation, "Generally speaking, the border and the interior of the United States is a safer place today than it was a year ago."

The numbers don't lie. But reporting them would mean giving President Trump credit for it, which is not going to happen. At least not from the mainstream media.

"Even if they like some of the things that he's done, the media coverage is just overwhelmingly negative, and I think if he cured cancer tomorrow, somehow it would be turned into a negative story" Hankinson told KTRH.

It's worth noting that overdose deaths were down 21% last year, compared to Biden's final year in office. But don't expect to see that on the 'network' news.

"There are some people who just simply are intellectually and emotionally incapable of separating President Trump from his policies" noted Hankinson.

The good news is, those policies are working. And those numbers are only going to get better over the next three years.
