DOJ Investigating after Anti-ICE rioters hit MN Church

A far-left former talk show host joined with a group of protesters in the Minneapolis area Sunday morning as the group interrupted services at a church to chant protest slogans. Now, the DOJ is investigating.

Former CNN host Don Lemon was photographed with protesters as they chanted "Justice for Renee Goode," the woman shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent more than two weeks ago in Minneapolis. The group mobbed the church while Lemon livestreamed it.

In response, the Justice Department launched an investigation.

"I just spoke to the Pastor in Minnesota whose church was targeted. Attacks against law enforcement and the intimidation of Christians are being met with the full force of federal law," Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement.

"If state leaders refuse to act responsibly to prevent lawlessness, this Department of Justice will remain mobilized to prosecute federal crimes and ensure that the rule of law prevails," she added.
