SCOTUS Judge Once Again Stumped By Gender Issues

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who was famously unable to define what a woman was during her Senate confirmation hearings, appears to have once again been stumped by the gender issue.

While hearing oral arguments in a case regarding laws banning men from women's sports in West Virginia and Ohio, she was once again tripped up by the idea of defining "woman."

He colleague, Justice Samuel Alito, also had some serious questions when it comes to the definition of men and women when issues of equal protections are concerned, and once again, the pro-trans lawyer had no definition.
