SCOTUS Agrees To Take Texas Case On Gun Ownership For Marijuana Users

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a Texas case involving Second Amendment rights of drug users.

A Texas man was charged with a felony because he allegedly had a gun in his home and then acknowledged being a regular marijuana user.

Arguments are expected to go down in 2026.
