The Key Cases In The 2025 Supreme Court Term

October is here, and that means post-season baseball and the start of the new term for the U.S. Supreme Court.

And since Democrats and the the radical left have resorted to lawfare, since most of the public doesn't agree with their policies, there are once again several key cases to heard on the docket.

"The ones in this term are very interesting" said Shawn Fleetwood, who wrote a complete preview for The Federalist, "We have a lot of varying issues dealing with the executive power of the president, and we also have trans related issues."

Hopefully, those trans-related issues, will no longer be an issue, including men competing in women's sports.

"This year we have a pair of cases that deal with the issue of trans identifying men in women's sports, and whether laws prohibiting that from happening violate the 14th amendment's equal protection clause. So that will be another really interesting case" Fleetwood told KTRH.

And one of the bigger cases, is whether or not president Trump can issue global tariffs.

"Ultimately determining the power of the president and the executive branch when it comes to issuing tariffs, and what type of tariffs that they can issue" noted Fleetwood, "That's a very complex issue."

As is the case on birthright citizenship, which SCOTUS has not yet decided, whether or not they will take it.
