As the Democrats and the left continue their lawfare against president Trump, many conservatives are wondering what ever happened to that Supreme Court ruling from earlier this year? Remember the one led by Chief Justice John Roberts 6-3, that stated the lower courts 'overstepped' in issuing all of their 'nationwide injunctions' to block president Trump, and the will of the American people?
"It's really confusing because I thought the Supreme Court was pretty clear on that 6-3, that these nationwide injunctions were outside of the power of the district judge" said political commentator Silvio Canto Jr., who wrote about it for American Thinker.
Apparently, the left didn't get the memo, because these radical judges are still doing the same thing.
"They're testing it to see how much they can get away with" Canto Jr. told KTRH, "I think the solution here is for the Chief Justice to simply say, we told you already not to do this and we're not going to let you get away with it."
In the meantime, expect the Dems to continue their lawfare, and use any other tactic they can find to try and stop president Trump's agenda.
"It's all a big game, but I don't think it's a good game for the country" noted Canto Jr., "If they don't like the opinions, they can always change them by winning elections. That's how you do these things."
He adds that it's now up to Justice Roberts to clarify his opinion, and put these radical district judges back in their place.
