Democrats Pushing Same Narratives As Voter Ratings Hit 35 Year Low

The erosion of the Democrat party has continued in the wake of the 2024 election. The party continues pushing the same old song and dance that cost them in November. President Trump is a racist this, fascism that, let men play in women's sports. It is almost as if they learned absolutely nothing. Maybe they are just too arrogant to see. But either way, their march toward extremism has put themselves in a new hole with their voters.

A Wall Street Journal poll recently found that Democrats received their lowest rating from voters in 35 years. They survey finds 63 percent of voters hold a negative view of the party, with just 33 percent holding a favorable view. In addition, just 7 percent view the party 'very favorably,' compared to 19 percent for the GOP.

Just when you thought they hit rock bottom, the Democrats found a shovel to keep digging. National pundit Mark Meckler says this is just another clear sign of how far the mighty have fallen.

"I had assumed they already hit rock bottom...but I was wrong...it continues to drop, and the Democrats continue to show themselves as out of touch," he says.

They received a mandate from people in November that they were not on board with the radical Left movement. They showed at the polls they are not in favor of transitioning children, open borders, or other various forms of Left-wing nonsense. Yet they still try to pander the same narrative.

Again, maybe it is arrogance. Maybe they think just pounding home false narratives will somehow make them true, and people will believe them. But it is not happening. So, they have shoehorned themselves into an unwinnable spot.

"Every Democrat that is excited about anything in the party is a far-leftist...so the problem they have is if they move to the center, they alienate a part of their base that is excited right now," says Meckler. "They are really struggling to figure out how you straddle that line, and I do not think it is possible."

The even bigger problem for the Democrats is that midterms are coming next year. Usually, the party that is in the majority loses seats. This case, that would mean Republicans.

But because of how unhinged the Democrats have gotten with their radical ideologies, they might not even get a win when they are supposed to get a win.

"The party out of power, the Democrats, are out of power for a reason...because they are so disconnected from the American people," Meckler says.

He adds that Republicans might even pick up a few seats in 2026, which would be unprecedented.
