Violent Anti-ICE Rhetoric From Democrats Could End In Tragedy

Since President Trump re-took office in January, Democrats have been on a hellbent adventure to dismantle Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Not for any good reason. They simply want illegal aliens to vote for them. They might cry about how they are so empathic and want to be welcoming to all. But in reality, it is all about the self-preserving nature of politics. They want votes.

Along the way, they have brainwashed people into believing that ICE is fascist, and combating illegal immigration is some kind of crusade. They have pushed for violence against ICE agents and encouraged people to go out and act like hooligans. That recently culminated in two separate ambushes on detention officers in Texas, leading to 11 arrests and one death.

But no one is really surprised. The Left has become increasingly more violent, unhinged, and intolerable. This is just another in a long line of pathetic acts of desperation. Former ICE special agent Victor Avila says this violent rhetoric has put regular people just doing their jobs in danger.

"All they are doing is enforcing immigration law, and legislatively passed law," he says.

It is not just law enforced by Congress and President Trump. This is a mandate from the people. Citizens are fed up with the invasion at the border. Executive orders have slowed the flow to a trickle, but after four years of an incompetent Biden Administration, the damage has already been done.

What is funny though is this was not a problem when a Democrat was in charge. If you recall, President Obama carried out the largest mass deporations in U.S. history, larger than what President Trump has done. The Left constantly throws tantrums over Trump separating families and putting kids in cages. Somehow forgetting that Obama was the first to do that, and did it at a record pace.

"This double standard is uncalled for, especially when they call for violence as a resort instead of policy or introducing legislation...that is how the system works," says Avila. "It is disgusting they would say nothing."

The Democrats have indeed said absolutely nothing about the recent detention facility attacks here in Texas. As the Left always says, silence is violence, right? So, by their own measure they vehemently established, they are actively encouraging violence. It might even get a federal agent killed.

Realistically, the Democrats need to come out and condemn the acts. But that would be asking them to step out of their warped political bubble and admit they were in the wrong. That will happen when Aggies move to Austin, or the wind stops blowing in the panhandle.

The social media bubble has also been harmful to the whole situation. Democrats all live in an echo chamber of like-minded people, without any attempt to hear other arguments. They have removed themselves so far from reality, it is almost impossible to bring them back.

"You have to look up once in a while, and face reality...their reality though is often construed by words from politicians they follow," Avila says.

The violent anti-ICE rhetoric from the Democrats though will likely continue because, simply put, the Democrats are deluded. We just have to hope it does not result in a tragedy that cannot be undone.
