More Houston crime heading into the weekend, as an hours long SWAT standoff went down today at a north Houston hotel.
The incident ended with the suspect taken into custody.
According to our tv partner KPRC 2, officers responded to a welfare check at the Mustang Inn at 10:15am this morning.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez posted a wanted felon is believed to be inside and refusing to surrender.
The HCSO also said there may be a trafficking victim barricaded inside the motel room with the suspect, who was arrested at around 4pm.
