Top Republican Chuck Grassley Holds Hearing On Judges Blocking Trump

Today is another big day in the D.C. swamp, as Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley is set to hold a hearing on the radical rogue district judges, that continue to try and block president Trump.

"This is a very important hearing" said Hans von Spakovsky, senior legal fellow with the Heritage Foundation, "Chuck Grassley understands the importance of trying to make sure that we don't have rogue judges threatening the separation of powers and the way our democracy works, and that's exactly what these judges are doing."

The hearing is supposed to be the first step toward turning that around, but ultimately Congress is going to have to take action.

"I think Congress does have to act, I think they have to change federal law to prevent single district court judges" Spakovsky told KTRH, " Most of these judges are not following rules of the Supreme Court."

And what about the possibility of impeachment for some of these 'resistance' judges?

"We've never had an impeachment involving a judge because of a bad opinion that he has rendered" noted Spakovsky.

In the meantime, several Republicans have already introduced bills to deal with the judges in both the House and the Senate.
