Do Democrats Actually Want Bipartisanship?

Multiple Republicans, including Texas Representative Tony Gonzalez, are attending the bipartisan "Power To The Middle" conference in DC today. This could just be the latest effort to hamstring the Republican agenda.

Political strategist Vlad Davidiuk told KTRH that groups have been using "bipartisanship" as a mask to block Republicans for years. He said, "The Lincoln Project, No Labels, all of these organizations, all of them are intended to undermine the effectiveness of a unified Republican party."

Davidiuk pointed out that these "bipartisan" efforts never benefit the GOP, only minority Democrats. He said, "They demand having a say, but when they're in charge, they dismiss any involvement by the Republican Party and conservatives."

He thinks this effort will be no different, and will just wind up being used by the Democrats to sneak their unpopular agenda past the Republican-controlled Congress. That's something voters just don't want. He pointed out that "Americans saw during the Biden-Harris regime what they have to offer, and they rejected those ideas."

Davidiuk also warned any and all Republicans participating in these efforts to tread lightly, because the voters are paying attention to who stands in the way of the MAGA agenda during the next several years.
